False Trail

Rolf Lassgård returns as Erik Bäckström in the sequel to Kjell Sundvall’s celebrated Nordic thriller from 1996. Erik must go back to his hometown in Norrbotten to investigate a murder and is immediately at odds with local police chief Torsten (Peter Stormare). Torsten is convinced that the well-known local crook is the murderer, but the truth is worse than they both could’ve ever imagined.
